The standard boot is made with a lower straight Heel (3,5cm). The sole of the boot is leather and has an anti-slip protection to make these last longer.

These Atlas Walking boots are faithful reproductions of an original pair from the early 1900s, and work as a wardrobe essential to team with outfits from Edwardian until the 1930s! The round toe, shorter straight heal and brogue detail give them a unique look- great for accurate reenactment, costume work or simply for stylishly combining with a modern outfit. The beautiful Atlas leather will age beautifully with wear, as it creases and cracks in a stylish way, giving these a well travelled look. Each section of the leather is irregular so no two pairs are the same. Some will have more cracks than others, beautifully imperfect as old map, they are full of character. These boots are a must have for the aventure seekers!

The last is elegant but not too narrow allowing them to be comfortable. The leather and manufacture is of the best quality. They are handmade in Portugal and are constructed with Good Year welt soles, sewn together with a cork insulation inside.

No plastic involved, they are sustainable and should last a really long time. The vintage look leather will age beautifully.

With good care, these boots could last a lifetime. Good year welt soles can be endlessly replaced!

✏️Tips: Although these boots are made to fit a modern foot, and are true to size in length, if you are used to wearing wide fit shoes, we do offer a wide last in some sizes, or you can go up a a size, if this is not available.
