Orders

Orders for products must be placed by users aged 18 (eighteen) years or older. Individuals under the age of 18 must have permission from their legal representatives. The information provided by the user will have full legal effect, and the user acknowledges the electronic transactions, and cannot claim the lack of a signature as a reason for non-compliance with the assumed obligations.

Orders can be delivered in Portugal or anywhere else in the world, with delivery times varying according to the distance between Sines (Portugal) and the delivery address provided, by the customer who places the order.

The invoice will be sent together with the order to the customer unless it is requested (at the moment of the purchase) not to be sent with the order. If that’s the case, we will send the invoice to the customer’s email, in .pdf format. By placing an order, the user accepts this condition.

Deliveries

The user will receive the ordered and paid product within a period of up to 10 business days after placing the order through the online store available at www.jobearboots.com, so long this is in stock and available. These timings will be different for pre-orders and custom orders, which each have their own specific lead times (manufacturing times) and delivery schedules. Generally speaking, deliveries to Portugal occur within 2 business days, shipping to European Countries usually takes 2 to 4 business days, and to other countries in the world delivery timings will take approximately 4 to 10 business days.
