Edwardian Cycling boots

Edwardian Cycling boots
Style Ref: VICM2/L
These beautiful boots are reproductions of Cycling boots worn by the active Edwardian woman. The closed lacing and mid calf shaft height (33 cm) fits snugly to the curvatures of the lower leg, giving them an elegant and practical feel.
The last:
Adapted from an original Edwardian Boot, it features a period slim pointed toe. Snug fitting. Available in three widths: Slim, Regular and Wide.
The sole:
The good year welt leather stitched sole is insulated with cork and is covered by a rubber half sole to make it more weather resistant and slip proof. Because of it’s construction, this sole can be endlessly replaced. Usually comes with a curved Louis heel 4.5 to 5 cm high, but can be interchanged with a lower, straight heel of 2.5 to 3cm high.
The leathers
A range of leathers and suedes are available. These are all good quality hides that will breakdown beautifully.
The details:
They come with thin round cotton waxed laces, which can be changed at your request. Can be made with or without eyelets or with hooks.
